The land with an area of 4,000 square meters located right at the foot of the Dragon Bridge is about to be auctioned in Da Nang. This land is planned for commercial and service purposes, including shopping centers, offices, high-end hotels, tourist apartments and other tourism services.

The People’s Committee of Da Nang city has just approved the plan to auction the right to use the land plot marked A1, frontage of Vo Van Kiet street, in An Hai Nam ward, Son Tra district.
The auction is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2025 in an online format. Auction participants must pay a deposit equal to 20% of the total value of the land plot calculated at the starting price. The auction starting price is nearly 120 million VND/m2.
This land has an area of 4,000 square meters, planned for commercial and service purposes, including commercial centers, offices, luxury hotels, tourist apartments and other tourism services.
The land is located on Vo Van Kiet street, the route connecting Dragon Bridge and Vo Nguyen Giap street (coastal road), in Son Tra district. This location is near Dragon Bridge and about 100 meters from Han River, creating favorable conditions for commercial and tourist activities.
The construction target is allowed to build a maximum of 30 floating floors, a maximum height of 105m. Total expected investment is more than 725 billion VND, with investment capital outside the State budget made by the winning bidder.
Project implementation progress since the date the City People’s Committee issued the decision to lease the land, with a land use term of 50 years.
In addition to the above land, Da Nang is also preparing to auction many other land plots with prime locations. Specifically, Land plot A1 belongs to the resettlement area at the end of Bach Dang Dong route: Area of nearly 11,400 m², starting price of 40.7 million VND/m2, total expected investment of 3,700 billion VND.
Land plot No. 16 Bach Dang, Hai Chau district: Area 1,795m2, located on two fronts of Bach Dang and Tran Phu streets, next to the Han River. Estimated starting price is 59.2 million VND/m², total expected investment is more than 300 billion VND.
According to the 2025 plan, Da Nang city plans to organize auctions of 16 large land plots and 269 residential land lots, with a total expected revenue of nearly 11,000 billion VND.
Of these, 16 large land plots are expected to earn more than 9,313 billion VND. The remaining 269 residential land lots include 143 lots that have an auction plan and 126 lots added to the auction list in 2025, with the expected land use amount of more than 1,437 billion VND.
The auction of these lands aims to attract investment, develop commercial and tourism infrastructure, and contribute to promoting the socio-economic development of Da Nang city.
