It is true that the Hanoi real estate market is currently experiencing a wave of price increases, especially in the apartment segment. The reason is that the market is scarce after many years the government has not approved any new projects to “sell” while the demand is very large. Because apartments are a product line suitable for successful people, young couples, retirees with good income… The apartment system has diverse services, meeting all needs for living or renting.

With a focus on urban systems, infrastructure and services, and consistent economic development, including seaports, tourism and industry, Da Nang is attracting more and more domestic and foreign investors and creating many job opportunities. Strong development leads to strong growth in housing demand, especially the luxury apartment segment serving high-income groups, experts, foreigners, young businessmen…

However, regarding the development of urban real estate in Da Nang, we think that development needs to be distributed more evenly to residential segments, from social housing to high-end housing for upper-class groups, rich people, wealthy young businessmen, and foreign experts. In Hanoi, the banks of the Red River have been planned but there are currently no housing development projects, or in Ho Chi Minh City, areas near the river also have difficulty with flooding due to high tides. Projects that promote Da Nang’s unique advantages such as rivers, seas or mountains and forests have very high competitive advantages, it is important to have methodical investment.
